At ARC Raiders Merch, we want to ensure you are fully equipped and satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit for the surface, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Cargo

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensure all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
